On January 12th, plain-clothes police officers Richard Ewing, Michael Saldutte and David Sisak brutally beat Jordan Miles, a CAPA honors student and viola player. On March 19th, Ewing, Saldutte and Sisak were awarded commendations by the Pittsburgh Police Bureau.
