Secret Whisper “Write-In Jordan Miles For District Attorney” Campaign
Start spreading the news to the people…
Go to the polls and vote…but when you get to where the District Attorney candidates are listed on the ballot, instead of voting for Zappalla—who is always unopposed and who refuses to investigate the police beating of Jordan Miles—write in Jordan Miles!
Send a message to the city that Officers Saldutte, Sisak and Ewing must be fired and prosecuted!
SAT OCT 22ND 2011: RALLY FOR JUSTICE FOR JORDAN MILES ON THE 16TH NATIONAL DAY AGAINST POLICE BRUTALITY
Peace All,
Please join the Alliance for Police Accountability on the 16th National Day Against Police Brutality as we demand D.A. Zappala stop prolonging justice.
It has been almost two years since Jordan Miles suffered the horrific and brutal beating at the hands of three of our very own Pittsburgh police officers.
We have been more than patient and should have to wait no longer. The police lied and Judge Petite dismissed the charges that they trumped up on Jordan Miles and it is on record that perjury of officers Ewing, Saldutte, and Sisak was the reason.
Court record they lied, no evidence of the reason they claimed they stopped him, and a beating that nearly cost this young honor student his life.
The pictures tell us that there most definitely was excessive force used in this case and we would like these officers off of our force so we can have a responsible police force.
Please find attached the flyer for our upcoming rally. Blast it to your address books, print it and make it available for others, or just spread the word. Thank you for all of your continued support and we will see you on October 22nd in Market Square at 1pm as we help this young man and his family get the justice they deserve!
In Solidarity,
Brandi S. Fisher
