Residents say they want accountability

Moriah Balingit, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette—At a public hearing Tuesday night, more than two dozen community members voiced support for city legislation meant to bring more transparency to police work by establishing policy for off-duty officers and by compelling the Pittsburgh Police Bureau to produce an annual report detailing use-of-force incidents and searches, among other things.
